经过长时间的思考,我总结了一句话: 在工作中,我们要时时记着带绿帽子,在生活着能给别人带绿帽子就不要放过。 旁边有位客观就问了: “我就纳闷,都是绿帽子,差距咋就这么大涅?” 先看工作中的“绿帽子”: 作为manager,经常要进行决策,但是如何决策才可得到最佳的结论? 在Edward de Bono的“六个思考的帽子”中提到:善用六顶思考的帽子,就可以帮助你做出最佳选择,这六顶帽子是: * White Hat:(决策的基础,历史的数据) With this thinking hat you focus on the data available. Look at the information you have, and see what you can learn from it. Look for gaps in your knowledge, and either try to fill them or take account of them. This is where you analyze past trends, and try to extrapolate from historical data. * Red Hat(直觉判断): 'Wearing' the red hat, you look at problems using intuition, gut reaction, and emotion. Also try to think how other people will react emotionally. Try to understand the responses of people who do not fully know your reasoning. * Black Hat(风险分析及对策): Using black hat thinking, look at all the bad points of the decision. Look at it cautiously and defensively. Try to see why it might not work. This is important because it highlights the weak points in a plan(突出了计划中最薄弱的地方). It allows you to eliminate them, alter them, or prepare contingency plans to counter them. Black Hat thinking helps to make your plans 'tougher' and more resilient(有弹性). It can also help you to spot fatal flaws(致命的缺陷) and risks before you embark on a course of action. Black Hat thinking is one of the real benefits of this technique, as many successful people get so used to thinking positively that often they cannot see problems in advance. This leaves them under-prepared for difficulties. * Yellow Hat(乐观预期): The yellow hat helps you to think positively. It is the optimistic viewpoint that helps you to see all the benefits of the decision and the value in it. Yellow Hat thinking helps you to keep going when everything looks gloomy and difficult. * Green Hat(这就是著名的绿帽子): The Green Hat stands for creativity. This is where you can develop creative solutions to a problem. It is a freewheeling way of thinking, in which there is little criticism of ideas. A whole range of creativity tools can help you here. (绿帽子代表创造力。据此你可以针对问题提出创造性的解决方案。这是一种发散思维的方法,不带有指责性的想法。) * Blue Hat(权衡控制): The Blue Hat stands for process control. This is the hat worn by people chairing meetings. When running into difficulties because ideas are running dry, they may direct activity into Green Hat thinking.
